TKMAUTO Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing TKMAUTO. We take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure we continue providing top-tier off-road gear, we have established the following return guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Original Condition: To be eligible, items must be in brand new, uninstalled, and un-assembled condition, suitable for resale.
- Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, hardware kits, instructions, and protective materials.
- Non-Returnable Items: All customized orders, "made-to-order" specifications, or clearance/sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Fees & Financial Responsibility
Returns are subject to the following deductions:

Restocking Fee:
- New/Unopened: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Opened/Inspected: If the packaging has been opened but the product remains uninstalled, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Evidence of Use: Items showing signs of installation (bolt marks, scratches, or wear) may be refused for return or subject to a 35% devaluation fee.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours (Pre-shipment): Due to production scheduling and inventory allocation, a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made after 24 hours.
- Post-shipment: Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard Return Policy.
4. Shipping Damage & Manufacturing Defects
- 72-Hour Reporting Rule: Any shipping damage or missing hardware must be reported to TKMAUTO within 72 hours of delivery.
- Documentation: Please provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the product itself. Do not attempt to install damaged items.
- Resolution: For confirmed defects or transit damage, TKMAUTO will provide replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost to the customer.
- Note: Minor surface abrasions on powder coating or raw aluminum due to shipping are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
- Request Authorization: You must contact TKMAUTO Support to obtain an RMA Number before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Labeling: Clearly mark the RMA Number on the outside of the return shipping label or box.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected by our warehouse, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
