How Your Order Gets To You
Bed caps travel on a pallet by freight truck. Roof racks, bed racks and accessories ship by parcel like anything else. The freight side has rules worth knowing before you order — here they are.

We build and pack it
Built to order, with the mounting hardware and a printed install guide in the box. Then it goes on a pallet — strapped and braced, a pack we tested before the first one shipped.

It moves by LTL freight
A bed cap is too big for parcel carriers, so it moves on a freight truck. Freight has no live minute-by-minute trail like a parcel does — you get a scheduled window instead. Racks and accessories ship parcel and arrive the normal way.

The carrier calls you
They book a 3–4 hour appointment window with you, so plan the day around it. Residential delivery and lift-gate service are already paid for — there is nothing to settle at the curb. Delivery is curbside, so have a second person there.

Inspect before you sign
Walk the pallet before you sign. Write any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours — that also covers damage you only find after uncrating. If the cap has come off the pallet and is badly damaged, photograph it and refuse the delivery outright, do not sign for it.

A 6061-T6 aluminum shell runs about 180 lb against roughly 280 lb for fiberglass, and it bolts to your factory bed rails — no drilling. Roof carries 850 lb parked, 450 lb driving. Sold straight from Pomona, California: no dealer network, no middleman markup.
