Shipping
Every order ships from our warehouse in Pomona, California.
Where we ship
- Continental United States (lower 48): free shipping on all products.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: available by quote. Email support@tkmauto.com with your address and the product before ordering.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
How it ships
- Truck caps ship as a crated flat-pack by LTL freight. Delivery is curbside with liftgate service; the driver will not carry the crate into a garage. A signature is required, and the carrier will call the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window, so please provide a number you answer.
- Roof racks, bed racks, sport bars, bumpers, and accessories ship by ground carrier (UPS/FedEx) or LTL depending on size.
When it ships
- Truck caps in stock: most ship within about one week of the order. Some fitments are built to order and ship in 2–3 weeks; the product page shows the current estimate. Orders ship in the sequence they are received.
- Roof racks and accessories: please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
- Transit time within the lower 48 is typically 2–7 business days after pickup.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the carrier picks up your order.
At delivery
Inspect the crate and the product before signing. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt and email photos to support@tkmauto.com within 72 hours. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how damage claims are handled.
